2008 marked the 60th anniversary of the ACRE Company and the Greaser family serving the real estate needs of the residents of the city of Laramie and Albany County.
G.J. Greaser started the company in 1948. For more than 60 years, the ACRE Company has grown and expanded into a full service real estate company with full time Realtors who handle all aspects of real estate.
The ACRE Company's land development includes "Laramie's newest neighborhood," Richards Park, a residential development designed as a neighborhood with plenty of open space and bordered by Laramie's newest park.

Paul grew up in Laramie and has been a licensed Realtor
for over 33 years. During his career he has been
involved in residential, commercial, and investment
sales. He has also developed residential, commercial,
and industrial land, including Richards Park and Reynolds Crossing. Paul worked with many builders and contractors to bring the first Patio Homes to Laramie. Paul has been the president of the Laramie Board of Realtors, the Ivinson Memorial Hospital Foundation, and the Laramie Economic Development Corporation. Some of Paul's favorite activities include fishing, hunting, skiing, golfing, and scuba diving.

Jane discovered Wyoming in the late 70's and made
Laramie her home after graduating from the University
of Wyoming. Since 1988 Jane has specialized in
residential real estate, selling many of Laramie's most
treasured homes. Jane holds an Associate Broker's license and manages the day to day operations of The Acre Company. Jane loves spending time outdoors and enjoys golfing, skiing, scuba diving, and playing with her grandchildren.

Kerry is a 4th generation Laramieite on both his Father
and Mother's sides of the family. After graduating from
UW, Kerry joined the Navy to see the world. In 1975,
after leaving the Navy, Kerry and his wife chose to
return to Laramie to live and raise their children. They have never regretted that decision. Kerry loves living in Laramie and enjoys sharing all his favorite things about Laramie with others.

Dodie began her Real Estate Career with The Acre
Company in 1995, she then obtained her broker's license
in 2008. Dodie grew up in Laramie, and received her
Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Science from
the University of Wyoming. Dodie was also a competitive member of the University of Wyoming's Rodeo Team. Dodie is very familiar with the residential market as well as the rural and recreational properties of Laramie. Dodie is ready to put her Real Estate experience and knowledge of the Laramie area to work for you.

Kristen's roots in this area run deep; she is a 5th
generation Laramie native. She received her bachelor's
degree from the University of Wyoming in 1992. Since
