2014 marks the 66th anniversary of The ACRE Company and the Greaser families serving the real estate needs of the residents of the city of Laramie and Albany County. G.J. Jerry is a lifelong resident of Laramie. He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming. He spent many years in the military serving with the Army National Guard. He was the Vice President of Rocky Mountain Forest Products for more than 6 years. He is heavily involved in the community and committed to the success of Laramie's economic growth and development.
Kristen's roots in this area run deep; she is a 4th generation Laramie native. She is very family oriented. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming. Since joining The ACRE Company, Kristen has helped customers buy and sell real estate throughout the Albany and Laramie County markets. She specializes in residential properties ranging from homes for first time buyers to luxury custom homes, commercial properties, and land development opportunities. With her friendly, relaxed demeanor she shares her passion with clients for all that Laramie has to offer.
Paul grew up in Laramie and has been a licensed Realtor for over 34 years. During his career he has been involved in residential, commercial, and investment sales. He has also developed residential, commercial and industrial land, including Richards Park and Reynolds Crossing. Paul worked with many builders and contractors to bring the first patio homes to Laramie. Paul has been the president of the Laramie Board of Realtors, the Ivinson Memorial Hospital Foundation, and the Laramie Economic Development Corporation.
Jane discovered Wyoming in the late 70’s and made Laramie her home after graduating from the University of Wyoming. Since 1988 Jane has specialized in residential real estate, selling many of Laramie’s most treasured homes. Jane holds an Associate Broker’s license and strives to give buyers and sellers the kind of service that makes one of the biggest decisions in their lives one of the smoothest.
Kerry is a 4th generation Laramieite on both his father and mother’s sides of the family. After graduating from UW, Kerry joined the Navy to see the world. In 1975, after leaving the Navy, Kerry and his wife chose to return to Laramie to live and raise their children. They have never regretted that decision. Kerry loves living in Laramie and enjoys sharing all his favorite things about Laramie with others.
Darla and her family have lived and thrived in Wyoming for over twenty years. Darla loves Wyoming’s beauty and its people - and between PTO meetings, her son’s sporting events, and her passion for Wyoming’s outdoor amenities, Darla is deeply involved in our community. She would love to share her insight into our community so you too can come to live and love this place we call home.
Shelley is an Army wife and mother of two who recently relocated to Laramie when her husband Scott took a position at the University of Wyoming. Laramie is where they have chosen to hang their hats, as they both fell in love with all Laramie has to offer. Shelley has enjoyed successful careers in marketing and construction, so it was a natural choice to go into real estate. Shelley has learned from experience to navigate the V.A. loan process from her own military moves. Shelley holds a degree in Human Services and plans to apply her expertise to meet her client's needs.
Sara grew up a child of the military but fell in love with the landscape and people of Wyoming and put her roots down here in Laramie over a decade ago. Sara spends her free time exploring Wyoming's back roads, is an avid gardener and cook, and is involved in several community charities and volunteer organizations. Because she spent so much time moving as a child, she is an expert at helping new residents adjust to their new surroundings.
