2011 marks the 63rd anniversary of the ACRE Company and the Greaser family serving the real estate needs of the residents of the city of Laramie and Albany County. G.J. Greaser started the company in 1948. Over the years, the ACRE Company has grown and expanded into a full service real estate company. All of our brokers are graduates of the University of Wyoming and handle all aspects of real estate.
Paul and Jane Greaser are pleased to welcome Jerry and Kristen Peterson as the new owners of the ACRE Company. Paul, Jane and Kerry will remain as associate brokers of The ACRE Company, as well as pursuing their other business interests in Laramie. They are especially pleased that The ACRE Company will remain in the family and that Jerry and Kristen will continue its tradition as a locally-owned, family-oriented business.
The ACRE Company's land developments have included Richards Park, Reynolds Crossing, and many other residential and commercial areas of Laramie. Our latest development is the neighborhood north of Reynolds (across from Richards Park) next to Indian Paintbrush Elementary School. We are also the exclusive representatives of Timber Canyon Ranch and The Paddocks at Fort Sanders. Kristen's roots in this area run deep; she is a 4th generation Laramie native. She is very family oriented. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming. Since joining The ACRE Company, Kristen has helped customers buy and sell real estate throughout the Albany and Laramie County markets. She specializes in residential properties ranging from homes for first time buyers to luxury custom homes, commercial properties, and land development opportunities. With her friendly, relaxed demeanor she shares her passion with clients for all that Laramie has to offer.

Paul grew up in Laramie and has been a licensed Realtor for over 34 years. During his career he has been involved in residential, commercial, and investment sales. He has also developed residential, commercial and industrial land, including Richards Park and Reynolds Crossing. Paul worked with many builders and contractors to bring the first patio homes to Laramie. Paul has been the president of the Laramie Board of Realtors, the Ivinson Memorial Hospital Foundation, and the Laramie Economic Development Corporation.

Jane discovered Wyoming in the late 70’s and made Laramie her home after graduating from the University of Wyoming. Since 1988 Jane has specialized in residential real estate, selling many of Laramie’s most treasured homes. Kerry is a 4th generation Laramieite on both his father and mother’s sides of the family. After graduating from UW, Kerry joined the Navy to see the world. In 1975, after leaving the Navy, Kerry and his wife chose to return to Laramie to live and raise their children. They have never regretted that decision. Kerry loves living in Laramie and enjoys sharing all his favorite things about Laramie with others.

Dodie grew up in Laramie and received her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Wyoming.
